wanted: TC Media Player plugin

first sorry for my bad english

i´m searching for a Lister Plugin to play media files eg: wav, mp3 and so on.

I use 64bit of TC Version. I only found one plugin on the authors page ghisler.com for 64bit. Totalcmd.net same.

Is there any 64bit Plugin for TC ?

It doesn't seem as though you got an answer, matixx.
On one of my machines I am able to 'preview' or play MP3 files in the Quickview panel - but I can't tell what plugin is doing it for me. It shows a short timeline and a couple of simple black controls.

I have tried Mmedia on another machine and it appears quite different, and, because it is doing a lot more work - reading metadata inside the files - there's a noticeable lag when moving between MP3s.

I'd like to implement the relatively quick plugin I have on my first machine - but I can't see any way to tell what plugin it is.
Very odd, to say the least.
There's no cross-referencing: I can see what plugins I have installed, but there's no easy way to tell what they do, ISTM.
Anyone?

So - to answer your question: there's at least one more media plugin other than Mmedia, but I can't tell you what it is.

Very odd, to say the least.

The Quick View panel uses the same plugin as Lister does to view a particular file - highlight the media file in TC, and open it in Lister (F3, unless you have changed it). Lister will tell you what plugin it uses in the titlebar - and thus that is the plugin that Quick View is using for that same file as well.

but that one hasn't been updated to x64, the sources are available in the archive at totalcmd.net, ps that plugin needs an external mplayer binaries 32 and 64 can be found on the net
