TC can not find StikyNot.exe which is in system32 folder

in win8.1 system, there is a app named StikyNot.exe.
when i use TC search for StikyNot.exe in system32 folder, there is nothing.
why can't i find it? it's a bug?

I guess you are running a 32 Bit TC-Version within a 64 Bit Windows 8.1.
