[Question/Req] Plugin for accessing MS Outlook PST file?

Is there a possibility of making such a plugin?

I imagine that it should work like dbx plugin, i.e. treat pst file like an archive and show e-mail messages as the .eml files - which could be easily viewed by the eml lister plugin...

Anybody seen anyting like this?
