New plugin type

I'd like suggest new kind of plugin: search plugin. Thanks to this user can search for a special kind of files on disc

Possible use (examples):
-search for all video files, which match some criteria, for example all resulution better than 320x200
-search for all corrupted graphic files
-search all mp3 files with some ratio/autor/title
-better search/(+replace) engine for TC
-source beautifuller plugin (search all *.pas files and indent them)

It would be even possible to write antivirus plugins !!!

With the system I suggested it's also possible to use the same plugins for the multi-rename-tool
