Bug when moving file w/ 4DOS description in WinXP

I noticed that when I move a file in TC that has a 4DOS description (onWin2k), the description is moved as well (Bravo!).

However, when I do the same on WinXP, the description isn't moved.

Settings in the file wincmd.ini

[Configuration]	General settings
CopyComments=x This is a combination (sum) of the following flags:
1: Default comment type is files.bbs
2: Default comment type is descript.ion
4: Read comments from both types
8: Copy comments belonging to files. The comment files themselves are skipped.
16: Use DOS charset for descript.ion (files.bbs always uses the DOS charset)

You can also activate this without modifying the Wincmd.ini: There are options for copying the comments in the main configuration dialog, on the "Operation" tab at the bottom.

I never noticed that, or else I forgot about it. TC rocks! I especially like the plugins that I am finding. If only they were better documented or I read Russian.
