Editor for F4

When I press F4 I receive the following error in messagebox.

File not found!

C:\Windows\notepad.exe

OK
---------------------------

TC, OS version? Do you have this file? Can you launch it manually?

1. which OS?

2. which TC version?

3. open CMD window and type in: C:\Windows\notepad.exe

What happens?

If notepad isn't found, you can set a different editor in menu Configuration - Options - Edit/View.
