[Windows 10] Pin to Start / Taskbar not working

I noticed, that "Pin to Start" or Taskbar is not working.

Same in Windows Explorer works.

The Pin to Start Option does simply nothing. The Pin to Taskbar option isn't available. E.g. on an .EXE file. Same context menu in Explorer shows the option.

TCmd Version: 8.52a x64

Context menu entry "Pin to Taskbar" of the running TC Icon in the taskbar works here without problems !
Pin to start doesn't work, this is already discussed in some other thread.
I use the Classic shell function for this which works.
