Copyings from the camera with preservation of date not works

Copying of usual files happens normally.

But when copying fotos from media devices "Computer (drive overview)" date becomes date of the current day and time.
Must be date of source.

Yes, it's a Windows bug. Try the same in Explorer. TC just sends the "copy" and "paste" commands to the system.

I currently don't have any media device to check it, but maybe Sync dirs with its Copy file properties feature can be used here? Of course if it can show right dates for source.

Can we hope to correct errors? Let TC after copying sets the correct date, as it does for directories.

No, it can not, because (currently) the sync feature doesn't work with virtual directories like \\Desktop, \\Computer and so on.
