Mht viewer
Hello. I'm looking for a viewer plugin for .mht files, so that when i press CTRL-Q, the mht file is quick-viewed on the other panel. Is there a plugin for this?I tried to look carefully but I didn't find anything.
Thank you

Inappropriate suggestion. MHT Viewer is a commercial programme. But the thread starter is looking for a free Total Commander plugin. If he wished to use a standalone programme, I guess Internet Explorer would be the right choice and would not require spending extra money. You can visit mhtviewer website for more information.

I´m not sure about Html Viewer 1.1 (- All non-html functionality removed), but I see all my MHT´s with:
uLister 4.0.0 - Total Commander
"uLister is a powerful document viewer which can open more than 500 file formats. Many popular word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, raster and vector image."

Confirmed, provided the underlying Internet Explorer will do so, too.Horst.Epp wrote:HTMLview 1.2.6 displays .mht files fine

So, here the combination of HTMLView 1.2.5 lister-plugin plus Internet Explorer v9.0 works fine and does display MHT files.
Cheers,

On my Vista PC IE 9 engine is very slow. uLister is fast, but it can't change encoding of viewed MHT page.
Would be nice to see MHT support built into Total Commander, to show MHT files in mode similar to Lister's "HTML (strip tags)". MHT is my main format for saving web pages in browser, and although overall on my PC I have almost 4 times more of HTM files than MHT, if I'll count only files saved using web browser from Internet, there are 3 times more of MHT files.
Listers "strip tags" mode also would be very quick, allow to change encoding and add a built-in ability to use text search in MHT files using "Find files" tool without "Search archives" option active.
