I was downloading files from FTP and forgot to check "Preserve file dates", so the files got current date. All files was dowloaded, and then I saw the mistake and tried to fix the dates of the files. I started downloading them again with the option checked. Overvrite/resume dialog was appearing and I was clicking "Resume" several times, then clicked "Resume all". Finally, the several files got right dates from FTP sever, but rest of them was keeping current date intact.
I think, this is a bug, and "Resume all" must transfer dates just like "Resume", espesially if files on both sides already has same size.
Download from FTP: 'Preserve file dates' and 'Resume all'

Resume all only resumes incomplete files.
You can use "Synchronize dirs": Make the comparison, then select the files for which you want to copy the timestamps. Then right click on them and choose "Copy attributes" and the direction.
