It remains the same even if I stretch or expand it.
There is connection between the dialog font size to the queue raw font size and height, but this connection is not correct with this samsung monitor or with all UHD montiors... don't know. The raw height remains fixed, like the dialog font size 6. If I raise the dialog font size to 18, the queue raw height remains 6, and therefore only the upper part of the font is shown, so I see 6 out of 18, or 6 of 12 (like 50% of the height).

UHD resolution/scaling problems
Hello forum,
I have run into similar, if not identical problems after upgrading to an EIZO-FlexScan-EV3237-UHDMonitor recently.
It is connected to a PC running Win7-Ultimate-OS and TC-8.52a. To find a compromise between readability and increased space I have 'tuned' the OS to a "custom text size" of 168_dpi (175%) with the option "Win_XP DPI scaling" enabled, as recommended by various tech-sites on the net dealing with HiRes display optimized settings.
On the TC side I have also created a fresh "wincmd.ini" file to avoid unwanted interferences from former resolution-specific settings. These newly created resolution settings were then merged into my standard "wincmd.ini" settings to retain all the individualized .ini-parameters so far.
These settings - after a few adaptions - now allow to operate TC largely as usual/expected, however there are a few annoyances.
I concur with the observation, that the "background transfer manager" is now rendered useless, since it will only show an empty, tiny window which, even after maximizing, will remain to look empty although files have been added to the list (and are also copied in some kind of 'blind flying maneuver').

Also some field-sizes in masks appear not properly scaled and lead to cut-off information when using a "dialog-box-font" as desired (or even smaller as desired). Examples include "find files"

"synchronize Dirs"
http://ge.tt/8uq2b4Y2/v/2
and even the options-dialog itself:

I could fix the problem now, it will work in TC9. It seems to be a Windows bug.

Currently no private beta phase is planned because there are no risky new functions which might lead to data loss.
But I could send you a modified TC8.52 with this change. Please contact me by e-mail (support at ghisler dot com) if you are interested, and let me know whether you want the 32-bit or 64-bit version.
