Split function improvement

[face=courier]I had to split files several times recently, some ideas here as result %):

• Split in separate thread (dialog button and INI parameter to start it in separate thread automatically like "AlwaysCopyInBackground=");
• Autosplit suggestion during Copy operation in case file do not fit removable media size;
• Separate sound notification.[/face]
