Solved [9.0ß1] Missing translation for "Icon library" dia

The title ("Icon library" ) of the dialog that pops up when you do: "Configuration" -> "Options..." -> "Icons" -> "Set default icon library" (button) does not have a translation string.

There is also a spelling error in the german translation.

"Button bar" -> "Buttonbar"
