F3: Internal viewer with selected files
ALT+F3: external viewer
In 8.52, then i press Alt+F3 on an image file, it opens i_view32 (i have set it in associations for all image files). 9.0 betas 1 through 2 just say "File not found C:\Progr..(snipped)..\i_view32.exe.

Normally using latest TC on:
x32: WinXPx32 SP3 (very rarely nowadays).
x64: Clients/Servers - Win10/Win11 and Win2K16 to Win2K22, mainly Win10 though.
