View mode's background color "leaks" to drive comb

When a view mode which sets background color is used in left panel, the same background color is also used as background color for drive combo's dropdown menu (both left and right).

TC 9.0 beta2, both 32 and 64-bit.

I can reproduce it reliably on Windows 7 (both Aero and Classic) and Windows 8.1.

Start TC with this as ini file:
