Finally, I have found out the cause of the problem!!!
Configuration -> Options -> Icons -> Icon size group.
The yellow triangle appears when I select (and only) "32x32" in combobox!
For other values, icons are just fine.

Odd, 32x32 is the icon shown in the preview!

I didn't receive any ini file, what did you use as mail subject? Could you try to send it again, please?

I think I found it now, it's a bug in calling a specific icon extract function. I will try to fix it in TC9 beta 3.
