erased and reinstalled then the history file starts like this

Which "history file" exactly do you refer too?
The direct download-able from the link
and also the HISTORY.TXT in "tc900x32_64_b2.exe"
are both up-to-date.

yes, but it is correct in the tc900x32_64_b2.exe and tc900x64_b2.exe
licenced and happy TC user since 1994 (#11xx)

In TC9.0ß2 (32) the History.txt file has not been updated to ß2, it is still at ß1.
