[TC09.0ß2] cursor 'theme color' issue

Hello,

In the new Beta 2, there is a regression with the color of the cursor.
With the same parameters :
In Beta 1 TC mixe the new style "theme color" option and the cursor reverse color ==> OK.
In Beta 2 TC only use the new style "theme color" ==> KO.

No, it's still mixing them - but the new cursor is darker, less transparent, like in Explorer. Try without inverse cursor to see what I mean.
