Set custom column Name width for example as 120.
Open TC Custom Columns Editor.
Name column width automatically changed to 114.
OK
Open TC Custom Columns Editor again.
Name column width automatically changed to 108.
Etc.
Every time it's 6 pixels less.

Are you saving it between the calls? TC is adjusting widths because of middle button bar.

Every time I must edit column width manually.

I could reproduce it but only when 'adjust tabs to window width' is checked. Here it's always 15px down. All I do is 'edit this column view', OK, 'edit this column view', OK, 'edit this column view', OK, 'edit this column view', OK, 'edit this column view', OK...
It doesn't become less than 46px though.
