A change of the second background-color has no effect as long first background-color is set to standard.
The other way around works correctly...

I cannot confirm this in TC9b2.

I have tested it with both TC9b2 Versions (32 and 64bit) with fresh inis.

In Win10: The bug appears as described.
In WinXP: Everything is fine.

I found out what the culprit is. I don't use forldertabs a lot, so when I tested it, it was without foldertabs and then it works fine, but if I open the folder in a foldertab I can confirm your bug report.
