Not drawn frame on the left of the cursor

- Total Commander 9.0 Beta 4 32-bit
- Windows 8.1 64-bit Russian

Description bug:
In the virtual folder My Computer, when entering and leaving of the virtual folders:
- Videos, Documents, Downloads, Pictures, Music, Desktop
not drawn frame on the left of the cursor, in the icon field.
Then if the cursor to select a virtual folder, frame cursor is drawn completely. The bug occurs if I turn off option "Use windows theme for cursor"

Fixed. Tested with Windows 98, NT4, 2000, XP 32-bit, Server 2003 32-bit, Server 2003 64-bit (TC 32-bit and 64-bit).
