No unicode in tooltips from desript.ion

Unicode symbols are shown incorrect in tooltips:

Thanks, I will check it. I guess that tooltips don't support Unicode yet.

Mmm... on my screenshot you can see correct unicode title - this is info from shell extension from dBpoweramp music converter.

I checked, the 64-bit code didn't contain the modification yet to support Unicode in description fields.
