Solved [TC9b6] %C3..%C9 doesn't work in 64bit version

Copy this button to the buttionbar in TC9b6 32 bit version:

Select 3 files and click the button - the name of the 3 files are shown in the dialog, as expected.

Copy the same button to TC9b6 64bit version and select 3 files.

Click the button - nothing happens - the dialog is not even shown.

Select 2 files in stead - the two filenames are shown.

When the Parameters field contain any of %C3 - %C9 the dialog fails to show up.

The bug also applies if:
?%C1 %C2 %C3 %C4 %C5 %C6 %C7 %C8 %C9
is replaced with:
?%c1 %c2 %c3 %c4 %c5 %c6 %c7 %c8 %c9

Should be fixed in beta 7, please try it! The bugs are indeed related.
