Steps:
1. choose any exe-file
2. right click on it
3. choose "Pin to Start"
Actual: nothing
Expected: Pinned tile to start menu.
Tested on Windows 10 v1607 (b14393.10)
Total Commander 9b07 x64
Similar operation in File Explorer work fine.
Pin to Start doesn't work

IIRC this is a known bug somewhere in Windows 10 which has been discussed in the forum; search for "pin to start" to find the threads.
