How to connect Android phone with PC over USB?

Connect via USB Android (Samsung S5) not copy file to Android. Not copy from Android to PC.


But Android is actually connected to the PC, then copying operations are possible via Windows Explorer.

Sorry, I do not understand your problem. Total Commander uses the Explorer interface (OLE2) to browse Android devices and copy files from/to it.
