[TC9b8] TC installer replaces WCMD_ENG.MNU file with default

After updating TC, my WCMD_ENG.MNU file was replaced by installer with default one. After that I have lost all my customizations, but I'm lucky that I had a copy of this file.

So why don't you customize your own file.
The default files is not the right place and was it never.

You can view the new files and copy the entries you want in your customized menu file.
You can also switch to a new default temporarily and see whats new.
Also Christians menu files are only a small subset of the available TC commands.
I use a customized version of Petermad's menu files which contain almost anything of the available commands.
Its a much better start for an own version.
