Add duplication function to several places

Post by *Dalai »

Hi there.

TC's FTP function has a feature/button to duplicate an existing connection. A saved search can also be easily duplicated by loading it, modifying it and then saving it with a different name. The same applies to TC's sync feature and the MRT. So far so good.

There are several other dialogs similar to the FTP connection window where the user can customize something, like the directory hotlist and the start menu and the button bar, but they lack the same duplication function.

This may be not so bad for the directory hotlist where there's "only" one or two paths to configure, or the button bar where existing buttons can be copied and then pasted. But it gets really annoying in the start menu where there's a lot of stuff to configure: command, parameters, shortcut and so on which currently have to be copied manually.

Please add the duplication function to all dialogs where it's possible and reasonable!

Regards

Support.

Other examples where to apply duplication are in the 2 new configuration dialogs for "View modes" and "Auto Switch Mode".
