Define server type: no window menu in 32-bit TC

The "Define server type" dialog has no window menu (i.e. there is no TC icon in the top left window corner) in 32-bit TC, while 64-bit TC has it.

Other TC dialogs have a window menu in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions.

I will check it, although 99.9% of all users would probably never see this dialog...

I can confirm that the TC-icon is missing in the 32bit version.

When testing I set the "Advanced" -> "Server type" to "Define new type (for exotic servers)" in order to have the dialog pop up - But for some servers I tried with - it didn't pop up - the server was just connected as if I had used the "Auto detect" option - how can that be?
