Win 10 x64, TC x64
1) Open Sync dirs dialog with its window maximized.
2) Start some long sync.
3) Press minimize button on the copying (modal) dialog.
4) Click on TC taskbar icon. TC maximizes with copying dialog in place, but the panels visible and the Sync dirs dialog NOT maximized at all.
