Since TC9b14 there is a delay of about a second or more before the "Free space on drive" bar over the left panel is displayed at startup - even if the left and right panel shows the same drive, the free space is shown immediately on the right side but with a delay on the left side.
Starting TC with the /P=R parameter doesn't change this - it is still the left panel (not the active panel) that has the delay.
Applies to both 32- and 64 bit TC.
