TC crashes as TC Console is closed or loses focus

I have this problem at least since beta 10.
If TC Console is closed or loses focus on its panel TC crashes.
That could be a problem of the plugin but that bug did not appear on older versions of TC and I am quite sure that I did not have that bug on the first beta versions.

The following scenarios I can reproduce:

Start TConsole and type exit --> TC crashes
Start TConsole on a new tab and change to another tab ON THE SAME PANEL --> TC crashes
Start TConsole on a new tab and double-click its tab to close --> TC crashes

TC 9.0 B15 64bit
TConsole 2.7
Win10 Pro 64bit

not reproduced on Windows 7 or 8.1 x64 with TC 09.00 B15 x86 or x64

Maybe is it a Windows 10 incompatibility ?
