[9.0] path has wrong double slash symbol

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

[9.0] path has wrong double slash symbol

dir name in subwin title could include double slash

Example:

D:\\Program Files\xxxxxxx

i can input the wrong path in here, and i still can brown all the file and path, but can not copy to the path

This behaviour is there for years.

When you enter the cd command in the command box you can enter more than 1, like:

c:\\\\\\\\programs\totalcmd\

it will also accept and hold.

but could not copy anything to it

I can copy to such panel but I have to reread panel manually in order to see new files (it seems that TC doesn't understand that files were copied into opened directory).

Currently there are no plans to change this, sorry. Windows sees this as a valid path in some functions, but not in others.
