DifRes - improper string and inconsistent string

In new900.txt and Wcmd_eng.lng, there is:

5417="Use Windows &Theme for Cursor"

There should be:

5417="Use Windows &Theme for cursor"

It should be checked if translators translated this string properly (i.e. without this mistake).

In Wcmd_eng.lng, there is:

5317="Extra distance: &Horizontal:"

But when displaying Configuration -> Options -> Icons, there can be seen:

5317="Extra space: &Horizontal:"

5417 can be both, and 5317 is meaning the same thing.

I agree with MarcinW that the strings should be the same in the internal dialog and in the official wcmd_eng.lng - so at least where discrepancies are detected it should be fixed.

So actually it should be:
5417="Use Windows &theme for cursor"
to match internal dialog.
