TC 9.0 Final background copy continues automatically

I was copying two large files (about 10 GB each)
I paused copying, but after putting it in background, it continues automatically, exited pause mode.
Same if it is paused in background. It continues automatically if put in foreground, exited pause mode.

On one occasion (could not reproduce) when put back in foreground (after background) copying of two large files, "background" button was not working any more and bottom progress bar was stuck at 0% (empty bar) while copying continued normally.
At same time "pause/continue" and "cancel" buttons were working normally.

Here is a 7 year old thread where Christian Ghisler explains that switching between foreground and background can only be done whenever a thread is not paused.

Sorry, the thread is in German. I have not noticed that a parallel English thread exists, in case there should be one.
