New 5029 string: only found in WCMD_RUS.LNG ?

I noticed that a new 5029 string appeared - but only in WCMD_RUS.LNG. Other language files don't have it. Is this intentional?

5029 is optional: It's actually the same text as 6614, "Replace with:". You cqn translate it if you want. There are two reasons why you may want to do it:
1. The meaning might be a bit different in your language
2. You may want to add a hotkey

The string is used in dialog box "Files" - "Associate with", but only on Windows 10, and only when a file type is associated with the Windows Photos app. Then TC shows:
[X] Replace with:
PhotoViewer.dll
If this is checked, TC opens the desktop photo viewer instead of the Photos app.
