Just uploaded a huge file - problem

Uploaded this cd size file to an ftp site and the up load window is not closeing. whats wrong.

I could either cancel the operation or "x" it out.

Sometimes the closing of a connection takes ages. It depends on the server and the connection speed. How long did it take to upload the file?

about 6hr

So then maybe you should just have waited more i think. Have you tried other FTP clients as well?

I think I did that it 6:00pm where I'm at not and it stop transfering at 8:00am but the window is still there
