Two-finger up-down gesture is not working on Win 10 (64bit).
The lister windows is focused and mouse wheel will scroll it, but just the gesture doesn't work.
This happens regardless of "Show text cursor" option.

Two-finger up-down gesture is not working on Win 10 (64bit).

Sorry, I have no idea how this gesture could be captured by programs. Lister reacts to scrollbar movement and mouse wheel movement. Apparently the gesture doesn't send any of these...
