Cannot connect to the FTPES (UI issue)

Hi,

It seems Total Commander doesn't recognize the FTPES prefix.
For instance, if I use the New FTP Connection button and enter ftpes://server.name, TC doesn't recognize that SSL should be used.

If I use the Connect to FTP dialog and try to create a new connection, it doesn't allow me to have the ftpes protocol in URI and TLS/SSL checkbox simultaneously.

Therefore, I need to manually patch protocol to ftps to connect to server.

Could you please extend TC to recognize the ftpes protocol and use SSL/TLS for such connections?

To my knowledge, ftpes isn't an official prefix - it doesn't work in firefox either. I will consider adding it.
