[9.01a] Unable to enter archive from temp panel plugin

TC 9 is unable to enter most archives in temp panel plugin by Enter (Virtual Panel) while it worked in TC 8.x. Problem was reported here.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add archives to temp panel.
2. Try to Enter them from temp panel. TC 9 opens archives in external programs instead of opening internally.

I can reproduce the bug with CAB, ZIP, ISO (associated with Total7zip), MSI (associated with MSI Plus).

For some unknown reason I can open 7Z archives internally (but if and only if they are associated with Total7zip).

This should be fixed in TC 9.10 beta, please test it!
