New plugin available: Cloud (access to Box, Dropbox, etc).

Hello,

thanks a lot for this useful plugin. However, it does not seem to be possible to use several Google Drive accounts in this plugin.
Despite of specifying the different user name for the second Google Drive, I am always connected to the first one.

Additionally, it does not seem to be possible to delete the folder entries in the Cloud plugin. They remain displayed and accessible even after pressing F8 or DEL.

Is there something I did wrong?

No problem here with creating or deleting folders in Google drive
using Cloud plugin 1.0.8 final with TC 9.0a x64.

As long as you are not disconnecting from the first drive connection
you will not be able to use another one.

Hello all,

I just found the answer myself. The problem is that the browser used for the OAUTH2 authentication saves this authentication. So you always authenticate at Google with the same account.
You will have to disconnect the browser in the OAUTH2 window from the Google account (shown in the upper right corner) first before attempting anything else.
Afterwards, you can log in to Google using the credentials of the second account, and then, the correct Google Drive is also shown in TC.

Windows 7 sp1, TC v9.0a, Cloud plugin v1.08 cromium, Cloud Service: Google Drive

1st problem: I think Cloud plugin is not working as expected from within "Synchronize Dirs":

1st Test
1. Left Panel: Create Folders fold1,fold2,fold3 and copy 3 small-size files in each of them.
2. Right Panel: Go to a folder of your Google Drive using Cloud plugin v1.08
3. Left Panel: Select all 3 folders created at step (1) and copy them to Google Drive
[The 3 folders and their files are copied correctly to Google Drive]

2nd Test
1. Left Panel: Create Folders fold1,fold2,fold3 and copy 3 small-size files in each of them.
2. Right Panel: Go to a folder of your Google Drive using Cloud plugin v1.08
3. Left Panel: Select all 3 folders created at step (1) and exec. "Synchronize Dirs"
4. Synchronize Dirs: Check "Only selected", press "Compare" button, run the synchronization and close "Synchronize Dirs" window
[Now in Right Panel (Google Drive) there are 2 empty folders named fold1, 2 empty folders named fold2, 2 empty folders named fold3 and no files at all]
[If i open Google Drive in Firefox, i find that the 3 folders and their files (9 in total) are copied correctly... but they are double (6 folders and 18 files in total)]
5. Right Panel: Select all 6 empty folders created at step (4) and delete them from Google Drive
[The 6 empty folders are deleted without any error... and when the Right Panel is auto-refreshed... fold1,fold2,fold3 and their files appear (they are identical to those in Left Panel)]



2nd Problem: A file with attributes (for example: rahs) when copied to Google Drive using Cloud plugin v1.08 losts it's attributes in Google Drive
(In TC panel they are not shown right of the file and when it is copied back from Google Drive to the local HD it has no attributes at all)

EDIT: i think this is Google Drive's problem but i am not 100% sure - if someone knows more...

I did some new tests today and it seems that the 1st problem happens when the option "Empty directories" in "Synchronize Directories" window is checked, no matters if there are empty folders to be synchronized!

Try to use the cloudplugin_chromium1.08 there is no IE need.

The plugin itself does work with older IE versions, it's the cloud services which have these restrictions...

Does mail.ru use the REST API (login via oauth 2.0, then https calls)? I would need documentation in English of the mail.ru cloud API. But since there is an unofficial plugin, why do the same work twice?
