[TC 9.0a] EnvVars Plugins Crash TC in Win10 16193

i use Win10 fastring ver 16193 at home, and when i enter the EnvVars Plugins, It cause th TC Crash

but i use the plugins in office with win10 RS1, the plugins work fine

No one debugs problems in Fastring versions.
Wait for the next version or use other tools to look for Envirinment variables.
