How do you copy files in Andoid?

From the help screen is says: "to copy the file click Copy o or Move"
After selection of the the file I don't see "Copy" option only "Copy to clipboard" and when I go to the folder I want to copy the file I don't see the Paste option.

The second button from the left at the bottom is the "copy or move" button. You can see a description by holding down a finger on a button for about a second.
