Req: TC4A: Show some certificate info for APKs

I have a suggestion to show in file properties (or additional dialog called from it) some basic info of certificate of apk file: validation state, "valid to" date/time info. Maybe some other info for app itself could be added there too, like offical app name ("com.<etc>").
