TCMP: Add files (+) doesn't work for all file types

To reproduce:
1. Open TC Media player, use Add files ("+" button) in it which will switch to a TC4A main window with a special mode where tap on a file should add it to current queue playlist. Add *.ogg or *.m3u files this way. It will work.
2. Close the player will X button (and wait for the timer count in notification), repeat step 1 for *.oga, *.3gpp, *.xpsf extensions.
It will not work: tap on a file will call Open with dialog instead of adding the files to playlist queue.
3. Close the player will X button (and wait for the timer count in notification), then do step 2 after step 1 without closing a player: *.oga, *.3gpp, *.xpsf. It works: files with all mentioned extensions will be added to the playlist.

The behavior described in step 2 looks like a bug.

Reproduced in TC4A 2.81 beta 8 on Android 4.3.1.
