cm_PrevCommand bug(?)

Hi *.*,
Empty the command line buffer (disable command line saving and restart TC). Enter these commands into the command line ("run" them):
111
1
11

Now press your favorite shortcut for cm_PrevCommand (defaultly Ctrl-E) and check if you can reproduce this:
1. press -> 11
2. press -> 1
3. press -> 1 (again)
...
The 111 is never shown.

Can anyone reproduce?
