Total Commader FTP doesn't work ** URGENT**

HI all
I use Windows XP and TC 8.01, and until few month everything work just fine, now suddenly my FTP stop working, I add plugins for SSL/TLS but nothing, can anyone tell me where is problem since I need TC FTP for work.
Also I add permission in Firewall for TC.

Maybe the server disabled TLS 1.0 (requiring 1.1 or 1.2)?

You will need TC9 and the latest OpenSSL dlls for TLS1.1 and 1.2:
