This only applies to the 64bit version of TC9.10b1, not the 32bit version.
When TabHeaderThemed=0 there is still a difference in the 64bit version - see: http://madsenworld.dk/tcmd/syncthemtabheader.png (I prefer the look without the double contour at the bottom of the tab header)
