1. Create a file symlink in a location that can be written to only with elevated privileges (e.g. C:\Program Files\testfile.txt -> D:\testfile.txt).
2. Delete the original file D:\testfile.txt, so that symlink becomes invalid.
3. Now try to delete the symlink itself using a non-elevated TC instance. TC displays the "access denied" dialog with buttons: Skip, Skip all, Retry, Abort. No option "As Admin" is suggested. You have to start a new elevated TC instance to delete such file.
This is reproduced also in 9.0a, so this is not 9.10 beta specific. But I only discovered it now.
