Save a search: Lower-/Uppercase mix gives warning

If i save a search with the name
test
and afterwars i save another one with
Test

I am getting Comfirm Overwrites: Overwrite Test?

After saving, there exists a test and a Test. The warning should not be there.

This is actually a bug in the 64-bit version: The search is clearly overwritten, but appears twice in the list (with the old and new name). You can see that there is only one entry (with the old name) by closing and re-opening the search window. I will fix it.
