[9.0ß2] Background 7z unpack cannot be paused

1. Start unpacking or testing some large 7z archive. In my case it was password-protected, I'm not sure if this is important.
2. Press Background in the progress dialog.
3. In the background dialog click Pause.
4. The button title changes to Start but actual unpacking continues (bytes counter increasees, progress bar fills up). The taskbar button, however, shows "paused" state (yellow highlighting, progress bar not moving).

This should be fixed in TC 9.10 beta 3, please test it!
